PCE militant since 1935, Marcelino, revolutionary syndicalist, anti-Franco fighter, internationalist, leader of the PCE, Secretary General and President of CC.OO. dedicated his life to the struggle for improving the living conditions of the oppressed and downtrodden, freedom, socialism and communism until the last minute of his life with a coherence that makes him an exceptional being.
